Cashback conditions

• One order equals one payout. You cannot request cashback multiple times for the same order.

• The cashback program is available for orders with a deposit amount above the equivalent of 500 USDT.

• Cashback payouts are processed only for requests related to orders created at least 24 hours ago.

• Cashback payouts are processed once per day in a single batch for all approved requests.

• Cashback is paid only to UAH cards issued by Ukrainian banks.

• The cashback amount is generated immediately after clicking the "Generate" button and can only change if an increased cashback offer is applied.

• If a client deletes the review, the client is added to a blacklist. Future cashback payout requests will be removed automatically, although exchanging on the website will still remain available.

How to request cashback

• Create an order to exchange cryptocurrency to UAH or another supported currency, or in the opposite direction from fiat to crypto, using one of the available pairs on our website.

• Click the "Get cashback" button.

• Fill out the request form and enter the same email address that was used in the order.

• Switch the "I left a review" toggle from "No" to "Yes".

• Click the "Generate amount" button.

• Within 10 minutes, leave a review on the relevant platform and confirm it by email if the platform requires confirmation. The review may be left before, during, or after filling out the form, but the system checks for it 10 minutes after the request is submitted.

• Enter the payout card number in the "Card number" field. The card number is mandatory even if you want to receive the payout to the same card that was used in the order.

• Click "Save" and wait for the funds to arrive. That is all.

Review requirements

The review must describe a real experience with the service: customer support quality, communication with the team, rate quality, processing speed, or the general quality of service.

The review must be unique.

The review must be written in a language supported by the monitoring platform.

The review must be honest and unbiased. Please do not submit feedback only for the sake of the bonus.
