Cardholder Verification

To verify card ownership, send the following documents to the email address specified in your order:

1. A passport or any other identity document with a current photo, in good quality.

2. A screenshot from your banking app showing the card that will be used for the transfer. The last digits of the card number must be clearly visible.

3. A handwritten note with the following text: "I, [full name], am making an exchange for [amount in fiat currency] to [currency name in the exchange]." Then add the date and your signature.

4. A selfie where your face, passport, and the handwritten note are clearly visible.
