During working hours we respond through all support channels, including email, website chat, and Telegram, within 20 minutes.

Orders for directions that are not processed automatically and were created outside business hours are handled in queue order during operator working hours.

Payment processing time depends on banks, payment providers, and the speed of related financial institutions. Please confirm the expected processing speed with an operator if needed.

Note: all payouts denominated in fiat currencies are processed without decimal fractions.
