Personal Data Processing Policy

General Provisions

This document defines the policy of the CryptoPulse.exchange website (the "Operator") regarding the processing of personal data of website users and outlines the principles applied when such data is processed.

The policy is developed in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI, and other applicable legislation in the field of personal-data protection.

The Operator is obliged to:

- respond to requests and applications of personal-data subjects.

The personal-data subject has the right to:

- receive information about the processing of their data;
- request correction, blocking, or deletion of personal data where provided by law.

Purposes of Data Collection

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of enabling the user to interact with the website and use the service.

Procedure and Conditions of Data Processing

Data is processed by the Operator in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.

Retention Period

Deletion and Destruction of Data

Final Provisions

Compliance with this policy is monitored by the person responsible on behalf of the Operator.

The Operator reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice to the user.
